Talky Talks & Climbing [fake] Rocks
A niche of my flow-based approach uses a focus on rock climbing. I have found great joy, satisfaction, and growth through the activity of climbing. It works the body and mind in conjunction and separately. It is a practice of strength, stability, endurance, patience, coordination, and problem solving. These are all things that we can use in the rest of our lives, and these things do translate into life in beautiful and subtle ways.
Talky talks & climbing rocks sessions last at minimum an hour and a half and require the drop-in fee at a local climbing gym.
